With just one brand in 2008, they’ve had four office moves, doubled the brand offering and have gone from strength to strength in the last 11 years. The Huxley brand in Dubai focusses on the Banking, Technology and Financial services markets, while Progressive focusses on the Engineering and Oil and Gas markets. The team are proud of having developed their brand organically, and have increased their headcount by a massive 700%. The latest round of growth sees the team relocating to a new, larger office space in Dubai’s International Financial Centre (DIFC) – with an incredible view of the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.

This new, state of the art office is more than twice as large as their last and will accommodate almost double the current headcount of 53. With the space to grow their headcount even further, the team can grow their internal functions, helping to deliver a better service for clients and customers.

“With this positive mind-set, we have already started searching for new talent to join us when we are in the new space.

Hashim Kapadia, Region Head for Progressive GE, also commented:

 “Our Contracts/Outsource division is projected to grow by over 30% in the next 12 months in terms of headcount. The team can also expect growth in management-level opportunities to fast track their careers.
