Worldline names Srikanth Seshadri, ex-Alstom finance lead, as new CFO, focusing on financial discipline after S&P rating downgrade.
(Reuters) - French payments company Worldline announced on Monday that Srikanth Seshadri, former treasury director for Alstom, has succeeded Gregory Lambertie as Chief Financial Officer of the company.
Before joining Worldline, Seshadri was with French train maker Alstom for the past 23 years, where he last served as Head of Treasury & Financing, the group said in a statement.
Last month, the payment company said it would continue to focus on its financial discipline following the downgrading of its rating by S&P.
