(Reuters) - British homebuilder Vistry warned on its fiscal 2024 profit for the third time on Tuesday, citing delays to expected year-end transactions and completions.
In its third profit warning since October, Vistry said it now expects to record profit before tax for the year ending Dec. 31 of 240 million pounds ($300.77 million), down from 300 million pounds expected earlier.
