(Reuters) - Brazil's billionaire Moreira Salles family is exploring a potential take-private bid for French glass packaging producer Verallia SA, Bloomberg News reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

A representative for BWSA, the Moreira Salles family office, did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Verallia declined to comment.
