The EU Court dismissed Ryanair's challenge against Germany's COVID-19 aid to Condor, stating Ryanair lacked individual concern.
BRUSSELS (Reuters) -The Court of Justice of the European Union dismissed on Wednesday Ryanair's action against the European Commission's approval of COVID-19 aid granted by Germany to German charter airline Condor.
