KYIV (Reuters) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy plans to participate in the European Council meeting in Brussels on Thursday, his spokesman said.
Zelenskiy also plans to meet NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, the Austrian chancellor and Belgian leadership during the visit, the spokesman said.
