KYIV (Reuters) - Ukraine's National Security and Defence Council imposed sanctions on former President Petro Poroshenko, a presidential decree published on Thursday said.
The council also put sanctions on jailed tycoon Ihor Kolomoisky, former co-owner of PrivatBank Hennadiy Bogolyubo and Viktor Medvedchuk, a close ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
