    "On September 9, land was allocated in a safe region of Ukraine, where a new plant will be built to manufacture Rheinmetall shells for the needs of the Defence Forces," Denys Shmyhal wrote on X.

    Kyiv is seeking help from its Western partners to scale up its domestic arms industry as it fends off Russian forces in the fourth year of Moscow's invasion.
