Chancellor Scholz will join EU leaders in London for a UK-hosted meeting on Ukraine, focusing on defense and security.
BERLIN (Reuters) - Germany's outgoing Chancellor Olaf Scholz will travel to London on Sunday to participate in a meeting of European Union leaders to discuss their response to Donald Trump's push for peace in Ukraine, a government spokesperson said on Friday.
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer is hosting leaders of Italy, Poland and other allies - possibly including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy - to discuss defence spending and security.
