(Reuters) - British Prime Minister Keir Starmer spoke to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Tuesday evening, a spokeswoman for Downing Street said.

Starmer and Zelenskiy discussed progress that U.S. President Donald Trump had made towards a ceasefire in talks with Russia, according to Downing Street.
