KYIV (Reuters) -A Russian attack on an American civilian enterprise in Ukraine's Zakarpattia region injured 15 people, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Thursday.
"So far, there has been no signal from Moscow that they are really going to engage in meaningful negotiations and end this war," Zelenskiy wrote on the Telegram messaging app. "Pressure is needed. Strong sanctions, strong tariffs."
