Thyssenkrupp aims to spin off its warship division by 2025, focusing on a minority stake in Thyssenkrupp Marine Systems, according to CEO Miguel Lopez.
FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Thyssenkrupp aims to "finalise" a planned spin-off of a minority stake in its warship division in the course of 2025, the group's Chief Executive Miguel Lopez told analysts on Thursday following the presentation of first-quarter results.
His comments are the most specific indication of when the spin-off of Thyssenkrupp Marine Systems, which makes frigates and submarines, will go ahead.
