    BERLIN (Reuters) - Thyssenkrupp Nucera on Tuesday extended CEO Werner Ponikwar's contract by a further five years, until July 2030, and named Stefan Hahn as its new CFO effective from March 1.

    Hahn will succeed Arno Pfannschmidt, who would reach the age limit of 65 years during an extended term and will retire at the end of February 2025, according to the German hydrogen firm.

    In addition, technology chief Fulvio Federico decided to step down from the management board for personal reasons, said the company, adding that an orderly succession process has been initiated.
