Thyssenkrupp plans to list its defence division TKMS in mid-October 2025, pending BaFin approval and commercial register entry.
FRANKFURT (Reuters) -Thyssenkrupp expects the spin-off and separate listing of its defence division TKMS to become effective in mid-October, board member Volkmar Dinstuhl told the group's extraordinary general meeting on Friday.
Dinstuhl said the spin-off prospectus was expected to be approved by financial watchdog BaFin in early October, adding the TKMS spin-off would take effect upon entry on the commercial register of Thyssenkrupp.
"We currently expect this to take place in mid-October 2025. This will be followed immediately by the stock market listing," he said.

The TKMS spin-off is expected to take effect in mid-October 2025.
The financial watchdog BaFin is expected to approve the spin-off prospectus in early October.
The stock market listing will immediately follow the TKMS spin-off.
