Sweden has signed a deal to sell four Saab Gripen fighter jets to Thailand, enhancing opportunities for Swedish military aircraft.
STOCKHOLM (Reuters) -Sweden said on Monday it has signed a deal to sell four Gripen fighter jets produced by Saab to Thailand.
"It is very positive that we can now welcome another Gripen E/F user. It strengthens the long-term development opportunities for Swedish warplanes," Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) Director-General Mikael Granholm said in a statement.
