SpiceJet has repaid $24 million to Credit Suisse, resolving a legal dispute from 2015. The settlement was agreed upon in May 2022.
(Reuters) -India's low-cost carrier SpiceJet said on Monday that it has fully repaid $24 million to UBS-owned Credit Suisse, fulfilling the terms of the settlement agreement signed in May 2022.
The companies have been engaged in a legal dispute since 2015 over the bank's claim of unpaid dues.
