SoftwareOne is in advanced talks to acquire Crayon Group, involving cash and shares. Both companies confirmed discussions, with no certainty of an offer yet.
(Reuters) - Swiss technology firm SoftwareOne Holding confirmed on Friday that it is in advanced discussions to acquire Norwegian rival Crayon Group Holding for a consideration of cash and shares.
Crayon also confirmed the discussions on Friday.
There is no certainty that this will lead to an offer to Crayon shareholders, both companies said in separate statements.
Further updates will be provided in due course, they said.
