Sika has acquired Elmich Pte, a Singaporean construction firm, to enhance its presence in the Asia-Pacific region. Financial details were not disclosed.
(Reuters) - Construction chemicals maker Sika said on Monday that it has acquired Elmich Pte, a Singaporean construction firm and supplier of greening systems.
