Sika acquires Singapore-based Elmich Pte

(Reuters) - Construction chemicals maker Sika said on Monday that it has acquired Elmich Pte, a Singaporean construction firm and supplier of greening systems.

The Swiss company added in a statement that this acquisition will help it expand in the Asia-Pacific region, without providing any figure for the transaction.
