S4 Capital CFO Mary Basterfield to step down

(Reuters) - Martin Sorrell's ad group S4 Capital said on Thursday its Chief Financial Officer Mary Basterfield would step down from the role after three years with the company.

Basterfield, 49, will serve a 12-month notice period and will continue working in her current position, the company said in a statement.
