DAZN has acquired Foxtel from News Corp for $2.1 billion, marking a significant expansion of its sports network in Australia.
(Reuters) - Rupert Murdoch's News Corp on Wednesday said it completed the sale of its Australian cable-TV business Foxtel to British-owned sports network DAZN in a A$3.4 billion ($2.14 billion) deal.
