Mutares's subsidiary Magirus plans to acquire Austrian military vehicle maker Achleitner, with the deal expected to close by Q4 2025.
(Reuters) -Mutares's subsidiary Magirus will acquire Achleitner Fahrzeugbau, an Austrian company that produces vehicles for military and police operations, the German holding firm said in a statement on Wednesday.
Mutares said the transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, without giving further details.
