    LONDON (Reuters) - European home improvement retailer Kingfisher said on Wednesday it has agreed the sale of its Brico Depot Romania business to Altex Romania for an enterprise value of 70 million euros ($73.56 million).

    It said the disposal, including a network of 31 stores in 24 cities, distribution operations, and head office in Bucharest, is expected to complete in the first half of Kingfisher's 2025/26 year.
