Kering's eyewear division acquires Visard and stakes in Mistral, with a full acquisition planned by 2030. Details remain undisclosed.
PARIS (Reuters) - Gucci owner Kering said on Thursday its high-end eyewear division had signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Italian manufacturer Visard and a minority stake in another Italian company Mistral.
The transaction is expected to go through in the third quarter of 2025, Kering said, without giving any financial details.
It could complete a full acquisition of Mistral in 2030, it added.
