Humanitarian aid refers to assistance provided for humanitarian purposes, typically in response to crises such as natural disasters or conflicts, aimed at saving lives, alleviating suffering, and maintaining human dignity.
Military assistance involves support provided by one country to another, which can include training, equipment, and logistical support, often aimed at enhancing the recipient's defense capabilities.
An international flotilla is a group of ships from multiple countries that come together, often for a common purpose such as delivering aid or participating in joint military exercises.
