Swiss Airlines will resume flights to Tel Aviv on September 29 after suspending them in June due to regional tensions. Beirut flights resume August 3.
BERLIN (Reuters) -Swiss International Airlines, part of the Lufthansa group, will resume flights to Tel Aviv in Israel on September 29, the airline said on Wednesday after deciding in June to suspend the route as regional tensions escalated.
"A renewed assessment of the situation has shown that an earlier resumption is possible," it said in a statement, adding flights to Beirut in Lebanon would resume, as planned, from August 3.
