    InPost Acquires Yodel, Expands UK Parcel Delivery Market

    GDANSK (Reuters) - Parcel locker company InPost said on Thursday that it had acquired Yodel, one of the UK's largest parcel delivery companies, in a move that will make it Britain's third-largest agnostic logistics player.

    Under the terms of the transaction, InPost has acquired 95.5% of Yodel parent Judge Logistics' share capital, with PayPoint retaining a minority stake of 4.5%.
