ECB's Villeroy de Galhau hints at possible future rate cuts, with no predetermined path for monetary policy. Interest rates remain unchanged.
PARIS (Reuters) -ECB policymaker Francois Villeroy de Galhau said on Friday he could not rule out further monetary policy easing in the coming meetings of the European Central Bank.
"There is no predetermined path but another rate cut is entirely possible at the coming meetings," Villeroy de Galhau told BFM Business.
The European Central Bank left interest rates unchanged on Thursday as expected but offered no clues about its next move.
