Deutsche Bank aims for 35% women in management roles by 2025, with 33% achieved in 2024, up from 32.3% in 2023.
FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Deutsche Bank said on Thursday that it was still aiming for 35% of its managing director, director and vice president roles to be filled by women by the end of 2025.
Women made up 33% of those roles in 2024, up from 32.3% in 2023, the bank said.
