China introduces a one-year visa-free travel policy for Russian citizens, allowing stays of up to 30 days, starting September 15.
BEIJING (Reuters) -China will extend visa-free travel to ordinary passport holders from Russia on a trial basis, its foreign ministry said on Tuesday.
The visa exemption will be for a period of a year from September 15, with entry to China of no more than 30 days.

The visa exemption will be valid for one year from September 15, allowing entry to China for no more than 30 days.
Ordinary passport holders from Russia are eligible for the visa-free travel to China on a trial basis.
The announcement regarding the visa exemption was made by China's foreign ministry on Tuesday.
