UK PM Keir Starmer has accepted Indian PM Narendra Modi's invitation to visit India, following a landmark trade deal announcement between the two nations.
LONDON (Reuters) - British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has accepted an invitation to visit India from Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Starmer's office said on Tuesday, after the leaders announced a landmark trade deal between their two countries.
"Prime Minister Modi extended an invitation to India, which the Prime Minister was pleased to accept and said he looked forward to visiting India at the earliest opportunity," a Downing Street spokesperson said.
