The UK's CMA is investigating the $3.7 billion merger between Getty Images and Shutterstock, with a decision expected by October 20.
(Reuters) -Britain's antitrust watchdog on Friday said it has launched an investigation into U.S.-listed Getty Images' $3.7 billion merger with rival Shutterstock.
The Competition and Markets Authority said it set October 20 as the deadline for its phase 1 decision on the investigation.
