MILAN (Reuters) - UniCredit will continue to evaluate in the coming months whether to proceed with its proposed buyout bid for Banco BPM, and any decision would be taken only towards the end of June, a person close to the Italian bank said.
"The bank will decide whether or not to continue with the transaction in line with the terms of its offer," the person said. "No decision, if any, will made before the end of June."
