Target Group, the financial services outsourcing and software provider, announced the appointment of Terry Baxter as the firm’s Risk and Compliance Director. With over 20 years’ extensive senior level experience in the financial services sector, specifically within compliance and regulation, Terry brings a wealth of experience to the role.

Formerly of Grant Thornton, Baxter joins the executive team at Target to build upon an established compliance foundation and to reinforce and maintain the risk and compliance framework that adds value to Target’s business and clients.
