LAZARUS CONSULTING LAUNCHES A MEDIA & TECH FOCUSED FUNDRAISING SERVICE

Lazarus Consulting, the media and tech focused consultancy business, is today pleased to formally launch its fundraising division. Lazarus Consulting launched in 2005 and has helped media and tech clients to grow by advising on commercial strategies and then striking deals and strategic partnerships in line with that strategy. It will now also be able to help media and tech clients to secure access to investment.

The fundraising service will focus on early stage businesses seeking to raise £500k to £3m (seed to series A), a range which is currently poorly served by the investment community. The first clients to benefit from this service are a cyber security start-up and a property tech company.

To support this new service, Lazarus Consulting has entered into a co-operation agreement with Daniel Stewart & Company Plc which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Daniel Stewart & Company Plc offers both corporate advisory and institutional stockbroking services and the fundraising service offered to clients will benefit from guidance and assistance provided by Daniel Stewart & Company Plc.

Further details about the services offered by Lazarus Consulting can be found on www.lazarusconsulting.net.

Commenting on this latest development, Steve Lazarus, Managing Director, said: “Our business has traditionally focused on helping media and tech clients to grow by identifying the right commercial strategy and then working with them to strike deals and strategic partnerships that create real value for our clients. We can now offer those same clients access to finance which will help to accelerate their growth even faster – with our extensive investor network, we are able to secure smart money from investors who are able to add more value than simply the size of their investment”.
