The Mobile Onboarding application empowers front-line banking agents selling loans, mortgages and other products to create and send interactive policy documents in real-time, based on customers’ requirements. Previously, the paper-based process could take 14 to 39 days. Now using technology from GMC, agents can sign up customers in minutes. With the process now in real-time, customer drop outs are reduced.
