The Idaho Small Business Development Center (www.idahosbdc.org), announced today that Steven Miller will hold the position of Southwest Regional Director at the SBDC.
As a seasoned professional working for Fortune 100 companies, including HP, Steven has been recognized for his strategy and marketing expertise, which has contributed to the successful development of numerous businesses as a Business Consultant for the Idaho SBDC as well as the Lead Consultant for the Boise Business Accelerator.
In his new role, Steven will oversee the delivery of consulting and training services for Southwest Idaho including the management and supervision of the Business Accelerators located in Boise and Nampa. He will continue to build awareness with key referral partners, manage and mentor a team of professional business consultants, connect with local stakeholders and develop and maintain contact with economic development leaders to assure that all small business needs are met in the region.
With Stevens extensive background, knowledge and experience in the business community throughout Southwest Idaho, I am extremely pleased to have him in this role, stated Doug Covey, State Director. Steven will continue to make an impact for the SBDC as well as the clients throughout the region and in the Business Accelerators, concluded Covey.
