· Address all customer and agent requests and queries within established timeframes and service levels
· Be proactive towards service level timelines and quality metrics as defined in the delivery model
· Analyzing problems & Providing Solutions in BPO/ Call Centre
· Candidate should be ready for rotational shifts and offs.
· Candidate should be responsible and dependable.
· Should have Analytical skills for the Call Center
· Typing Speed should be 20-32WPM
