HomeVestors has made another repeat appearance on the Franchise Top 200+, published by Franchise Times. The We Buy Ugly Houses company also ranked as the third fastest-growing franchise in America on the annual ranking of the 500 largest franchise systems in the United States.

After reaching 1,000 franchises last summer, HomeVestors went on to rank on the Inc. 5000 after delivering three-year revenue growth of 63 percent, and now, is named one of the three fastest-growing franchises in America based on sales growth of 28.8 percent. Franchise Times produces the list, widely considered the most credible and objective franchise-ranking available, after a five-month research and reporting effort.

Every HomeVestors franchisee in this country makes an incredibly valuable and personal contribution to our economy, said David Hicks, CEO of HomeVestors. We recognize that the strength of our brands success is rooted in the hard work and dedication of our independently owned and operated franchises across 164 markets. In fact, one of the biggest commitments we have as a franchise organization is to the training and mentoring of our franchises. We are reminded with every list we rank on that were putting our eggs in the right basket.

According to this years Franchise Times 200+ report, the 200 largest U.S.-based franchisors grew their combined annual sales by more than $28.5 billion or 4.6 percent last year to $644.8 billion. The numbers represent a new high-water mark for the ranking.

HomeVestors began franchising in 1996 and is Americas largest home buyer, having purchased 85,000 houses as of early 2018. The houses are deemed ugly in advertisements, with the term applying not just to the condition, but also to the ugly situations sellers often find themselves in. Houses purchased by HomeVestors more than 1,000 franchisees are generally rehabbed, then sold or held as investment properties, helping raise real estate values in the markets served and drive community revitalization.
