Hillwood Expands Austin Portfolio with Acquisition of Southpark Commerce Center V

Hillwood, a Perot company, has made its second investment in Austin with the acquisition of Southpark Commerce Center V. Located within the Southeast industrial submarket, Southpark Commerce Center V is a recently completed, 50% leased, three building industrial project totaling 350,171 square feet, at 4500 South Pleasant Valley Road.

Located near Interstate 35 and State Highway 71, Southpark Commerce Center V is four miles from downtown Austin, four miles from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, and 75 miles from San Antonio. The project offers state of the art design with 24 to 28 clear, rear load design, 150 to 180 truck courts, ample car parking and ESFR fire protection.
