DentaQuest Earns J.D. Power’s Top Rank in Dental Plan Customer Satisfaction for Third Consecutive Year

DentaQuest, the nations leading purpose-driven oral health care organization, today announced ranking Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Dental Plans for the third consecutive year, according to the J.D. Power 2018 Dental Plan Satisfaction Report„ . The latest report includes responses from roughly 1,400 dental plan members nationwide.

DentaQuest ranked highest with an 805 rating on a 1,000-point scale, which is 30 points above the report average and 21 points ahead of the next ranked plan. The organization did particularly well in plan cost and communication.

Achieving this top rating for a third year is energizing and reflects the commitment each DentaQuest employee makes to the people and communities we serve, said Steve Pollock, president and chief executive officer of DentaQuest. Im particularly proud of everyone working at our customer contact centers, as they work directly with our members and make this recognition possible.

Pollock points to the companys continued investment in technology and person-centered care solutions as reasons for the high customer satisfaction.
