Vice President Christopher Bokhart has extensive experience in preparing claims for economic loss in patent and trademark cases, including calculation of lost profits, reasonable royalty prejudgment interest, and cost of capital. Mr. Bokhart has also provided expert testimony on the subjects of lost profits, reasonable royalty, the value of client lists and other trade secrets, the value of trademarks, and the breach of license agreements.
