Following two successful summers in the Hamptons at EMP Summer House, American Express (NYSE: AXP) and the Make It Nice team are joining forces again to bring the first EMP Winter House to Aspen, CO. EMP Winter House in partnership with American Express will be located at Chefs Club at The St. Regis and will be open from December 15, 2018 through April 6, 2019. Reservations for the new pop-up restaurant will open exclusively for American Express Card Members on November 15th.
As a more casual outpost of New Yorks iconic Eleven Madison Park, EMP Winter House in partnership with American Express will offer an la carte menu inspired by Chef Daniel Humms upbringing in Switzerland. The menu will feature dishes such as Smoked Trout Toast, Veal Schnitzel, and Fondue, as well as an extensive wine list with over 250 wines. In addition to the daily dinner menu, the restaurant will offer an Apr¨s Ski menu with seasonal snacks and beverages each afternoon.

After two consecutive summers in East Hampton at EMP Summer House, and with the opportunity to tap into Daniels Swiss roots, it was a no-brainer to bring the experience to an exciting winter destination and Aspen is the perfect place to do it.
Echoing Guidaras sentiments, Chef Daniel Humm shared that Each creation on the EMP Winter House menu hits so close to home for me personally. To be able to share these dishes with guests as they dine in Aspen is incredibly special.
In addition to being the only form of credit card payment accepted at EMP Winter House, American Express Card Members will also get exclusive access to reservations at EMP Winter House. Card Members can make reservations for tables in the indoor dining room, or private large format dining experiences in a newly constructed Yurt Village, located in the restaurants courtyard. American Express, Will Guidara, and Chef Humm have also curated exclusive experiences and events for Platinum Card Members as an extension of Humms participation in the American Express Global Dining Collection. The first being a By Invitation Only event on December 14th to celebrate opening weekend by giving Platinum Card Members a first look and taste of the EMP Winter House before it opens to the public.

Reservations for tables December 15th through January 31st, 2018 will be available exclusively to American Express Card Members at www.EMPWinterHouse.com and for Platinum Card Members through the Platinum Concierge starting on November 15th at 12:00pm EST. Additional reservations will become available on the following dates:
- On January 1, 2019: reservations open for February 1 – February 28, 2019
- On February 1, 2019: reservations open for March 1 – April 6, 2019
A $50 non-refundable deposit per person is required for all reservations, which will be applied to the final dining bill. Large format reservations are available for pre-purchase.

Chef Daniel Humm and Restaurateur Will Guidara are the owners of Make It Nice, a hospitality group that currently includes Eleven Madison Park, NoMad New York, NoMad Los Angeles, NoMad Las Vegas, The NoMad Bar and Made Nice.
