TTA, an award-winning provider of learning and development talent and solutions welcomes Amanda Cordell as Senior Business Development Executive. This addition reflects the continued growth of the solutions development team. Amandas enthusiasm and notable experience in custom learning programs adds such depth to the already dynamic sales team.

Prior to joining TTA, Amanda held the role of Director, Consulting Sales-Learning & Performance at TTEC. Before that, for 20 years, Amanda held roles of increasing responsibility with SkillPath, beginning as an Account Manager and culminating in the position of District and Federal Solutions Manager. There Amanda developed long-term partnerships with many fortune 500 global leaders and federal government agencies to build transformative and powerful learning and development solutions. She also spearheaded strategic company-wide initiatives including expanding and cross selling large corporate accounts.

Amanda is a talented and dedicated L&D professional with over twenty years of experience. Her career-long investment in L&D allows her to be able to consult on best practices with her clients and provide customized solutions and strategy focused on providing real ROI, said Maria Melfa TTAs President and CEO.
