TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: AMTD) announced the results of the voting by shareholders at its 2019 annual meeting held Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019, in Omaha, Nebraska. At the meeting, shareholders approved the following proposals:
- The election of four directors: Bharat B. Masrani, Irene R. Miller, Todd M. Ricketts and Allan R. Tessler;
- An advisory vote on executive compensation; and
- Ratification of the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the Companys independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2019.
The 2018 TD Ameritrade Annual Report on Form 10-K is also available for review on the Companys corporate website, www.amtd.com.
