March 2019 Cash Dividend – $0.06 per share Superior Plus Corp. (Superior)(TSX:SPB) today announced its cash dividend for the month of March 2019 of $0.06 per share payable on April 15, 2019. The record date is March 31, 2019 and the ex-dividend date will be March 28, 2019. Superiors annualized cash dividend rate is currently $0.72 per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.

Superior Plus 2019 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

Superiors Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders will be held at the Melinda Gallery, One King West Hotel & Residence, 1 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5H 1A1 on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 12:00 PM EDT.
