OC Business Leader Discusses Creating a Culture of Leadership at PIHRA South OC

Effective leadership is crucial in todays business environment. Recognizing the importance of leadership, the Professionals in Human Resources Association, South Orange County (PIHRA) is hosting notable television financial commentator, Andre Julian to discuss, Creating a Culture of Leadership on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at the Newport Beach Hyatt Regency.

Leadership is key to success in both business and in life, and while most of us want to be leaders, its a trait and a skill that must be learned and honed to be effective with employees, or any group. With a career spanning more than 23 years, Julian has been featured as a financial expert, analyst, and commentator for CNBC, Bloomberg, Fox News, and ABC News. Throughout his career, Julian has used his life lessons in leadership to launch successful businesses in both the financial and fitness industries. Many of these lessons can help attendees grow and lead in their personal and business goals.

Julians presentation will discuss vital leadership topics including:

  • Learning and Development “ Providing organizational leaders cutting-edge leadership principles
  • Talent Management and Development “ Ensuring leaders have the appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for current and future business leadership needs
  • Talent Planning and Acquisition “ Developing strategies to ensure new leaders quickly become effective, whether theyre promoted from within or come from outside organizations

Without leadership, businesses can spiral out of control, leading to losses in productivity, employee morale, and destroy the companys culture. On April 24, Julians presentation will highlight the vital ways businesses can grow and foster leadership.
