Nanoheal, a workspace automation platform, today announced a partnership with Texas-based online tech support provider, OneSupport, to offer its customers online premium tech support. Developed in partnership with OneSupport, Nanoheal enables OneSupport to provide customers with an automated tech support experience tailored to home and business requirements. The strategic partnership and Nanoheals workspace automation platform, which includes self-help, self-healing, and predictive components, is expected to support channel expansion across OneSupports customer base, increase overall retention and reduce support costs through premium remote repair functionality.
