MONAT Recognized as a “Best Place to Work” by the Direct Selling Association

MONAT Global (MONAT), a multinational distributor of premium, anti-aging hair care products, is being recognized as one of only 12 honorees for the 2019 Best Places to Work in Direct Selling by the Direct Selling Association. This was the first time MONAT participated in the annual employee survey.

The honor of being a 2019 Best Places to Work in Direct Selling recipient was heavily based on the high rates of employee engagement, which is defined as the strength of the mental and emotional connection employees feel toward their places of work. According to the employee survey, MONAT employees not only care about the products they distribute; they also care about the company and their contribution to the companys performance. In addition to being part of a team with a measurable impact at work, MONAT employees see a path for their future growth and success, and trust that MONAT executives are invested in their personal success and see them as individuals with unique strengths both inside and outside of the office.

When I founded the company, I wanted every employee to see the meaningful and impactful effect they have here.
