IZEA Reminds Shareholders of Impending German Stock Exchange Delisting
IZEA Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: IZEA), operator of IZEAx, the premier online marketplace connecting brands and publishers with influential content creators, reminds shareholders of the impending voluntary delisting from the B¶rse-Stuttgart Stock Exchange (the Stuttgart Stock Exchange). The Stuttgart Stock Exchange will delist IZEAs stock (ISIN: US46603N3017), traded under the symbol 2IZ in Germany, with September 7, 2018 as the last day of trading. The Stuttgart Stock Exchange formally announced the intent to delist the common stock of IZEA on July 27, 2018.
As announced in a prior press release, the company requested that the Stuttgart Stock Exchange delist IZEA securities, as IZEA did not request or consent to any listing on any exchange outside of the NASDAQ Capital markets in the U.S. The company intends to more closely monitor foreign markets for unauthorized listings in the future.
