Idaho’s Largest Clerk’s Office Now Accepting Credit and Debit Card Payments Online


Ada County Clerk’s Office customers can now pay for public record requests online using a credit or debit card.

The Clerks Office uses Access Idahos payment engine to take Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards through the countys online public information request system at

We are excited to add this aspect of customer service and Access Idaho made it easy for us to offer online payments to people requesting records, said Meg Keenan, Ada County Clerk’s Office Section Supervisor.

More than 160 county departments in the Gem State use Access Idahos payment processing service. In addition to payment processing, Access Idaho manages the states official Web portal,, and specializes solely in electronic government applications for Idaho. The partnership operates under a self-funded model, in which no tax dollars or county funds were used to develop and maintain the service.
